We are a home based all volunteer organization providing assistance in finding good homes for abandoned, abused, and/or unwanted Basset Hounds in northern Mississippi, eastern Arkansas, and western Tennessee area.  The majority of bassets we rescue are brought into our home where they are evaluated and trained as necessary.  We are a "hands-on rescue" allowing all basset rescues to be part of our family.  All rescues are checked by our veterinarian, wormed if needed, brought current on shots, spayed/neutered, and placed on heartworm preventative if heartworm negative.  Rescues that are heartworm positive are treated if medically and financially feasible.
