Middle TN Adopted Dogs

If you previously adopted a basset from TVBR or WTBR and want to add a photo of your hound or some special words about your hound, please . He is especially friendly to persons who adopt rescues. And if I have something wrong, just tell me. I will fix it.

Grady has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Grady was at least 5 years old and loved to just sit and be petted. Unfortunately his preexisting health issues caught up with him. He is free of the pain now an awaits those who helped him at the Rainbow Bridge.

Little Max was adopted by Dawn and Kevin.

Little Max was saved from being put down because he had heartworms because Dr. Keith Stein at PetMed in Antioch, TN saw a good basset too young to give up on. He contacted TVBR and we had Little Max treated for his heartworms and neutered. Thanks to Dr. Keith Stein and TVBR, Little Max can give lots of basset love to his new family.
Bernie & Lil' Max

Lil' Max and his little sister Bernie. She is a beagle. They make the cutest set of dogs. At night, they curl up on their blankets together to take a nap and they share biscuit "treats" with each other. Lil'Max has made a wonderful addition into our family and we thank God every day that we were able to adopt him.

Robbie was adopted by the Stephensons.

The picture captioned "Career Criminal" was taken right after Robbie managed not only to make off with an entire pizza crust, but to open the bag without ripping it, as to throw question on the identity of the true perpetrator!

The pic titled "I swear it was her" is with Robbie's best friend Matilda. (This was taken at the time of the Boboli's incident mentioned above.) Matilda welcomed Robbie into her house with love and affection, and they have been inseparable every since.

Robbie adopted the Stephensons of Clarksville after they volunteered as a foster family. Robbie was not satisfied with the temporary arrangement so he paid the money, signed to forms, and adopted his new sister Alyssa (age 12) and her parents David and Susan. Robbie also graciously allowed Furball, the cat of the house (age 14) to remain, and even allowed the addition of an abandoned kitty named Guinevere. Robbie has the household settled into their now familiar duties and routines.

Seldon has been adopted by Lois & James & their daughter Mallory.

Bo is now named Seldon. Here is Seldon with Lois and Mallory. Looks like one happy basset and two soon to be basset slaves. vbg
